Le Felsbourg :

Située à Mutzig dans l’ancien Hôtel-restaurant, le Felsbourg est une cuisine d’application pour les personnes en situation de handicap. Sur deux jours, elles acquièrent des compétences en cuisine mais aussi au service.
A l’issu de cette formation, les lieux se transforment en un restaurant “éphémère”.
